A New Addition: Greetings To Max!

This week, we welcome Max Crutchley, a co-worker joining us for his work experience, where he’ll be exploring the world of social media, public relations and its role in the events industry.

A yearly tradition at his high school, Year 10 students are encouraged to take work placements, organised by staff members and the careers advisors from Unifrog, to build their skill sets for the future.

Max, 14 years old, took an interest in the events industry through his sister and Vividink’s social media manager, Jenna Crutchley. 

“There were many things that interested me in the events industry”, Max then went on to say, “But what stuck out to me most was the communication and teamwork aspect of it, such as with clients and coworkers.”

This experience will allow him to navigate teams and groups more effectively and coordinate plans and ideas for the future, which he believes are essential skills for younger people and will be invaluable in the near future.
